Objetives
The origin of the project idea arises from the realization of a deficit in terms of communication and accessible formats that allow the students to value their experiences and develop their digital identity (e-reputation), shortcomings in university governance in developing its digital visibility, and difficulties in companies in gaining better access to the skills of students and graduates.
A first step will be a diagnosis from each European partner institutions, identifying the best recognized practices. Based on that, On this basis, and after a study of the needs of the Moroccan context, actions for the transfer of knowledge, skills and staff training will be planned.
These training actions will be supported by parallel activities aimed at professional recognition both by university institutions and by the socioeconomic world.
The “e-portfolio” tool, designed through a network approach, will be developed by mixed teams, implemented and then evaluated. This technical mechanism, which will be integrated into the information system of the beneficiary institutions, and it should ensure the coherence and integrity of the “e-portfolio” approach.
The main part of the project will be focused on awareness-raising, training the importance of the e-portfolio approach, development and technical implementation, seeking recognition both from the Ministry of Supervision and from representatives of the socio-economic network.
To ensure the sustainability of the project, a basis will be established by a national commission to monitor, evaluate and update the resources and procedures developed.
