Registration process of Incoming Researchers
The Internationalization Office of the University of Cádiz welcomes all researchers, outside the Erasmus + program, who wish to stay at our university to expand their academic and professional research careers.
To be admitted, you must first contact the coordinator or Vice Dean of Internationalization and Mobility of the faculty of your interest in the University of Cadiz. You can check the list here: List
Once the contents and dates of your stay have been agreed upon, you should start the registration process in our University by contacting us at the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When contacting us, you will receive an email with a link to the registration form. During the registration process, you will be asked to add the following documents.
- Letter of nomination from your Home University
- Letter of acceptance from the University of Cádiz (sent by the head of the department or the Vice-dean of the Faculty where you will be staying)
- Copy of your valid passport
- Travel insurance
