General Information

General Information

The Erasmus+ Project Team of the Internationalisation Office aims to provide support to all those people from our university community who wish to participate in a project. This support will depend on the phase of the project in which they wish to participate.

Pre-project phase: information and training

Throughout the year we carry out training sessions, general or specific to a certain type of project or subject, which we announce well in advance through the usual channels of the UCA. In addition, we are at the disposal of the entire university community to provide information and try to resolve any doubts they may have about participating in this type of project.

We carry out the training sessions taking into account the dates on which the calls for projects are open, so that people who want to present or participate in projects can take advantage of them in view of the next call for proposals.

Initial phase of the projects

When the proposals are taking shape, the Projects Team offers advice on how to fit them into the appropriate call for proposals, as each type of project has different characteristics and it is important that they meet the minimum requirements: subject matter, number of partners and place of origin, budget, etc. In addition, if necessary, we offer help in the search for partners.

Presentation of projects

When the different calls for projects are open, we provide individual support to the UCA teams so that they can submit their projects in due time and form according to the Erasmus+ programme regulations. Likewise, when a UCA team is going to participate as a partner in a project presented by another entity, we offer our support to obtain the required documentation. In either case, either as leaders or as partners in the proposal, we offer technical support so that the activities to which the UCA team is committed are in accordance with the role given in the consortium.

Support in the management of granted projects

Once the projects have been granted, specific technical staff  of the Erasmus+ international projects team will be assigned to the project for the monitoring and technical support for the management during the  whole life of the project.
