VRChem “Innovative Integration of Virtual Reality in Chemical Engineering Education”

General Description: The consortium of partner universities, experts in virtual reality and innovative education, will join forces to create a comprehensive virtual reality (VR) courseware program focused on chemical engineering. This program will provide professors with the knowledge and tools necessary to teach classes more interactively and effectively using this technology. In addition, it will develop an immersive virtual platform where students will be able to explore key chemical engineering concepts in a practical and visual way. The materials and platform will be tested at all participating universities, and the results obtained will enable students to acquire key skills for their professional future.

  • Creation of the Virtual Reality course framework, methodology and trainer materials for university teachers available in 5 languages (EN, PL, PT, ES, IT).
  • Creation of the inter-university platform for VR courses available in 5 languages (EN, PL, PT, ES, IT).
  • Pilot VR courses and training of trainers for students and teachers.
  • Holding of a final multiplier event to share experiences in the implementation of VR technology at the university.
