Objetives Specific objectives:

-Identification of obstacles for the design, accreditation and implementation of joint programmes in the EEA, with special emphasis on regulatory constraints in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain.

-Collaborative design of a roadmap for the elimination of obstacles with major actors and stakeholders: national authorities, quality assurance agencies, universities, student associations, alumni and employers, university networks within and beyond Europe.

-Analysis of the criteria proposed in the call and their definitions.

-Testing the criteria proposed in the call for the granting of the Label against a large number of joint programmes, in a wide variety of fields, with a wide variety of partners within and beyond Europe, at all three EQF levels (6,7 & 8).

-Recommendations for the improvement or finetuning of criteria and for the removal of obstacles for the design, approval and implementation of joint programmes and the Label for national ministries, quality assurance agencies, universities, and other stakeholders.

-Analysing how a European Degree Label and more generally joint European degrees enhance the global attractiveness of the European university system.

-Participating jointly with the European Commission and other pilot projects in the design of a pilot label and procedures for its issue (intensifying collaboration at European level).

-Piloting the label as designed collectively; analysis and evaluation of the pilot issuing process; drafting of recommendations for enhancement of the process.
