Objetives

The EUMOVE project will offer innovative and evidence-based resources to be applied by the educational community with the aim of promoting the practice of physical activity, adequate nutritional habits and sleep time, as well as reducing sedentary time among European children and adolescents.

In addition to disseminating the project at conferences, seminars and in the media, the EUMOVE App will be developed and a website will be created.
