General description: Create and develop a Center for Diagnostic and Psychological Guidance and Psychoeducational (CDOP) at the Óscar Ribas University (UÓR), transferable to the universities of Namibe, Lueji A’Nkonde and the Higher Pedagogical School of Bié, based on the service model of the Psychological and Psychopedagogical Care Center (SAP) of the University of Cádiz (UCA) and the good practices of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences

Goals Specific objectives: Angosap aims to achieve 5 priority objectives: 

  • Design the transfer process of psychological services and psychopedagogical from the SAP (Psychological Guidance Service and Psychopedagogical) of the University of Cádiz. 
  • Establish the required Technology, infrastructure and professional work methodologies 
  • Training: train through the development of the professional capacities of the specialists, technicians and researchers of the CDOPs (Centers of Diagnosis and Psychological Guidance and Psychopedagogical) of the Angolan universities. 
  • Establish quality standards for CDOPs in Universities Angolan. 
  • Generate and manage knowledge through the Transfer of good practices.
