General Description: The ASSETs+ project asspires to build a sustainable human resources supply chain which allows defen-ce sector companies to innovate by both attracting highly-skilled young workers and upskilling their emplyees thanks to customised, complementary education & training programmes adressing three main technologies Robotics – C4ISTAR and Cybersecurity aspects related to the first two.

Objetives

The three main objectives pursued are:

  1. Development of occupational profiles for the defense sector.
  2. Create an observatory to map technologies and related skills, for the development of future training actions
  3. Structuring a European ecosystem, allowing a greater number of organizations to undertake new education and training initiatives focused on the defense sector at European, national and regional levels.
