➡ The Provisional Resolution KA171 ST IN KA171 ST IN on accepted nominations and those pending correction has been published. The deadline for correcting nominations is December 5, 2025.

⚠️ Important Information for Partner Universities:
• Internal Call: Partner Universities should disseminate this opportunity within their institution and conduct an internal call for outgoing staff, adhering to the information and procedures outlined in the UCA call.
• Mobility Agreement: While the UCA coordinator will sign the Mobility Agreements for selected candidates, this does not guarantee a grant. Final approval depends on the official selection process and availability of funds. Selected applicants will receive a registration link.
• Limited Places: The number of places is limited and allocated regionally, not pre-assigned to specific partner universities. Nominations submitted correctly and by the deadline will be prioritized.
• Nomination Recommendations: Due to limited places, we recommend nominating one candidate (either STA or STT) and a list of reserves. The final selection will be based on the nomination order and available places.
• Potential Increase in Places: Additional places may become available if some SMS are not filled.
✅ Correct Nomination Requirements:
▪ Completed Nomination lists in PDF and Excel format (signed and stamped), separate lists for STT and STA mobilities.
▪ Proof of internal call dissemination.
▪ Copies of fully signed Mobility Agreements for all nominated candidates.
▪ Statement of No Conflict of Interest
