CALL ERASMUS+ KA107 SMS IN FOR INCOMING STUDENTS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022
The Erasmus+ KA107 Mobility for Studies programme offers students the chance of carrying out part of their studies at the University of Cadiz (UCA) during the first or the second semester of the academic year 2021-2022.
Mobility students will be able to attend courses and use all the facilities available at the University of Cádiz without additional costs (excluding any fees also applicable to local students). All learning activities approved in the Learning Agreement and completed successfully will be fully recognised at the home university. The Erasmus+ Programme offers students the chance to gain intercultural experience abroad, become familiar with other higher education systems and meet young people from other countries, thus contributing to the process of international integration.

NOMINATION PROCEDURE FOR PARTNER UNIVERSITIES (for the Spring semester)

Please note that nomination does not mean final acceptance, this last will depend on succesfully completition of the online application and validation and signatura of the Learning Agreement before the mobility proposal by UCA’s coordinator within the deadlines
Deadline for the nomination with the required documents: October 1, 2021

N.B.: If a student was nominated at the first period of nomination but he/she didn’t send the online application, they need to be re-nominated so whe can send him/her a new online application link
ONLINE APPLICATION FOR NOMINATED STUDENTS
At the beginning of November we will send an individual link from the email adress erasmus.ka107.incoming@uca.es to each nominated student in order to give him/her the possibility to do the online application at UCA’s virtual platform (if you don’t receive it by November 5th, please check the Spam box before writing to us)

Learning agreement for studies incoming students (TEMPLATE)
Deadline for uploading the Learning Agreement (before) signed by all to our virtual platform using your username and password: December 5, 2021
Required documents (only typed documents, handwritten documents won’t be accepted)
1. Passport
2. Spanish Language Certificate at least B1 according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
If the student does not have a Spanish B1 certificate and still wishes to participate in the call, they must sign a commitment to obtain the B1 level before the start of the semester, but students with a certificate will have priority when evaluating the applications. Likewise, there is the possibility of taking a B1 Spanish course at the UCA before starting the semester by paying the corresponding fees.
Please, consider that most Bachelor and Master courses at UCA are taught in Spanish. Exceptionnaly, PhD students can submit an English/French certificate but their acceptance will depend on the avalaibility of a professor able to supervise their research in such language.
In addition, PhD students must sent the Abstract of the PhD research at UCA (Annex IV) to: erasmus.ka107.incoming@uca.es

N.B.: Students who have been preliminary granted and have received their acceptance letter are definitely accepted
