Double Degree Students

 

The University of Cádiz, in the framework of its internationalisation process, has enrolled and is enrolling double degree agreements with foreign universities with the aim of enabling students of both participating Universities to get the official academic title in each University, following the itinerary established in the double degree agreement.
LIST OF OFFERS OF DOUBLE DEGREE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CÁDIZ

To apply for the double degree, the student must be admitted in this modality by his/her University of origin and take the official enrolment in the studies at the University of destination and he/she must also meet the pre-enrolment requirements, as well as take the official enrolment in the studies at the University of Cádiz.

The name of the students selected by their University to study international double degrees at the University of Cádiz, must be communicated by the

Follow-up Committee of Agreement through the email double-degree@uca.es providing the Academic Mobility Agreement document (Mobility Agreement), which will include the subjects that will be studied at the University of Cádiz. This communication will be made before the end of the application period of each pre-registration phase of Degree or Master.
The International Relations Service, once it has been verified that the documentation is correct, will issue an informative document with the personal and academic data of the applicant student to facilitate the pre-registration and registration process.

Pre-registration of incoming students.
– Master’s studies. The foreign student must formalize their pre-registration in the Distrito Universitario Único Andaluz (DUA), which must be done through the page: https://www.juntadeandalucia.es/economiayconocimiento/sguit/
– Degree study. In general conditions, and for the consideration of the Center that imparts the degree, the foreign student will obtain the admission level through a transfer procedure of the file, without prejudice to the student being able to complete the pre-registration by DUA in due time and form.

It is important to accomplish the procedure and the established deadlines in the admission process, so it is recommended to read carefully the following file:

Once the student is admitted, he/she must formalise the enrolment at the correspondent Campus Secretary and apply for the credits recognition at his/her University of origin.
For this purpose, they must bring:

  • A document from the University of Origin authorising his/her admission to the double degree.
  • Academic certification, which must be issued in Spanish, English or in another language admitted in the Agreement, indicating subjects passed and grades obtained.
