International Testimonies

The International Cooperation Office starts up the International Testimonies section in collaboration with Instituto Universitario de Desarrollo Social Sostenible (INDESS), which regards 3 initiatives which have the goal of giving a voice and sharing people’s experiences (ConectaTE Initiative), Collectives (CONexiones Initiative) and communities (COMUNidades Initiative) through this crisis in different areas of the planet and later, during the rehabilitation period and back to normalcy.

 

 

ConectaTE 

It is an initiative which expects to regard the value of testimonies and experiences of professionals and university students in relation to COVID-19 pandemic, taking as reference the International University Community in different countries and as much as the displaced or resident in Spain.

 

 

 

CONexiones

That initiative has as a goal promoting an intergenerational and interdisciplinary encounter of representative from international collectives, valuing the empiric and cultural knowledges from different parts of the world. We look for creating connections between different social actors implied in achieving a reflection about the necessary behavior changes to build a sustainable and solidary environment.

 

 

 

COMUNidades

The initiative looks for publishing actions which are being held in different communities of the world, achieving communitarian improvement, besides reinforcing the population protection and helps to stop the expansion of this COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, it expects to offer a space for change of information and good practices measures which can be resorted in different areas, reflecting improvement in population.
