CALL ERASMUS+ KA107/KA171 SMS IN FOR INCOMING STUDENTS FOR 2022/23

The Erasmus+ KA107 Mobility for Studies programme offers students the chance of carrying out part of their studies at the University of Cadiz (UCA) during the Fall semester of the academic year 2022-2023 (grants and nomination period for Spring semester 2023 will be published around September once we know the remaining funds from Fall semester)

Mobility students will be able to attend courses and use all the facilities available at the University of Cádiz without additional costs (excluding any fees also applicable to local students). In addition, full grant students will receive aid for living expenses and travelling.

All learning activities approved in the Learning Agreement and completed successfully will be fully recognised at the home university.

The Erasmus+ Programme offers students the chance to gain intercultural experience abroad, become familiar with other higher education systems and meet young people from other countries, thus contributing to the process of international integration.

Deadline for the nomination with the required documents: October 7, 2022

2 options:

Option 1- Nomination from the reserve list from Fall Semester:  Send an email to gestion.ka107@uca.es confirming the students  you want to nominate from the the reserve list, their email adress and and their level of studies (BA/MA/PhD)

Option 2- New nomination: Online form for nomination

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSIBLE STUDENTS 

 

1. Online application form

Link to fill in the application form: will be sent to admissible students by email by October 13, 2022  

Deadline for the submission of the online application with the required documents: October 17, 2022

DATES FOR SEMESTER 1:  BA/MA students – 06/02/2023 – 21/06/2023   / PhD students 06/02/2023 – 30/06/2023  (no extension is possible)

Required documents:

• Passport (validity to, at least, december 2023)
• Spanish Language Certificate at least B1 according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

Bachelor (BA)/Master (MA) students: B1 in Spanish is mandatory (most courses are taught in Spanish)

PhD students appliying for a research stay: altough students with a certificate in Spanish will be prioritised, they can execeptionally submit an English/French certificate but their acceptance will depend on the avalaibility of a professor able to supervise their research in such language.

Important: Some of the Learning Agreement proposals haven’t been reviewed by the international mobility coordinators yet, please be patient. We cannot help with academic issues.

• PhD students

Deadline for sending LA before using the following GOOGLE FORM: October 17, 2022 

PhD students LA before will be provisionally signed by UCA’s Doctoral School (EDUCA) Secretary and uploaded to the Erasmus+ virtual platform once we found and assigned the student a tutor for his/her research work at UCA. After that, we will inform the student by email that the document is available to be downloaded from our Erasmus+ platform. Finally, student has to manage his/her signature and the signature of the coordinator at home university and upload the LA before signed by all to the Erasmus+ virtual platform

Deadline for evaluation of LA before proposals by UCA’s academic coordinators: MAY 31, 2022 (updated)

Please, once you have sent your proposal, be patient and don’t write again to UCA’s coordinators asking about updates. You will be given an answer when the deadline is over.

Don’t write neither to the Internationalization Office asking about UCA’s courses and updates about LA before approval, we don’t manage academic issues, only administrative ones. International mobility coordinators are the only ones entitled to give you information about courses.
