El programa Erasmus+Movilidad con fines de Estudio ofrece a los alumnos de las universidades socias de países asociados (los países que no forman parte de la Unión Europea), la posibilidad de realizar parte de sus estudios en la Universidad de Cádiz (en adelante la UCA) durante el segundo semestre.
Los alumnos de este programa de Movilidad disfrutarán de una ayuda económica, podrán asistir a clase y utilizar todas las instalaciones ofrecidas por la UCA sin gastos adicionales (quedan excluidos los pequeños pagos que se aplican también a
los alumnos oficiales de la UCA). Todas las actividades de estudio aprobadas en el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje y realizadas de manera satisfactoria serán reconocidas en su totalidad en la Universidad de Origen. El programa Erasmus+ también posibilita aumentar su experiencia cultural en el extranjero, conocer otros sistemas de Educación Superior y establecer contacto con jóvenes de otros países, contribuyendo, de esta forma, al proceso de integración internacional.

Alumnos de Grado/Master/Doctorado matriculados en una de las Universidades socias de la UCA durante este proyecto que hayan cursado 60 créditos ECTS antes de presentar la solicitud. O sea, alumnos del 2, 3, 4 y 5 cursos de Grado, alumnos de Master, alumnos de Doctorado.
La convocatoria es para estudiar en la UCA. La estancia debe tener una duración mínima de 3 meses.
La elección la hace completamente la Universidad socia. La UCA respetará esta decisión y admitirá a los alumnos propuestos por la Universidad socia, siempre y cuando su Learning Agreement sea aceptado por el Centro en el que desee cursar sus estudios.
La inscripción se realiza en la Universidad de origen, que nominará a los alumnos según los criterios de la convocatoria y procederá a remitir a la Universidad de Cádiz los datos de los alumnos nominados.
La Universidad de Cádiz remite a los alumnos nominados un correo electrónico con toda la información necesaria y un enlace al formulario online para realizar la inscripción. La UCA elaborará y enviará a los alumnos admitidos una carta de invitación y el Learning Agremeent firmado por el coordinador del Centro a fin de facilitar el trámite del visado, que deberá ser solicitado por el interesado en el consulado de España correspondiente.

La beca del programa Erasmus+ Movilidad con fines de Estudio no cubre todos los gastos y es una mera contribución para afrontar los costes adicionales durante la estancia en el extranjero.
La beca incluye:
- Contribución de la Unión Europea (apoyo individual). La cantidad se establece
en función al país de destino. En España la contribución mensual es de 850
euros al mes. El periodo financiable es entre 3 y 5 meses (90-150 días).
- Contribución adicional para cubrir los gastos de viaje (ayuda de viaje). Esta
contribución se calcula en función de las siguientes bandas de distancia:
100 – 499 km: 180 Euros
500 – 1999 km: 275 Euros
2000 – 2999 km: 360 Euros
3000 – 3999 km: 530 Euros
4000 – 7999 km: 820 Euros
8000 – 19999 km: 1500 Euros
500 – 1999 km: 275 Euros
2000 – 2999 km: 360 Euros
3000 – 3999 km: 530 Euros
4000 – 7999 km: 820 Euros

La cantidad se calculará teniendo en cuenta la distancia entre la ciudad de la universidad de origen y la UCA. Para ello se puede utilizar la aplicación disponible en

- La UCA enviará una carta de aceptación y un paquete informativo a los alumnos una vez hayan sido recibidas y revisadas sus solicitudes, y se haya publicado la lista de participantes en la página oficial de la Universidad.
- A su llegada los alumnos recibirán un paquete informativo, carnet de alumno, clave de internet e información útil en las jornadas informativas que realizarán los empleados de la Oficina de Internacionalización.
- La UCA asignará a cada alumno un coordinador académico en el Centro/Facultad donde el alumno esté matriculado. Este coordinador firmará el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje y apoyará al alumno en cuestiones académicas.
- La UCA pagará la beca a los alumnos a su llegada según las bases establecidas en la convocatoria correspondiente.
- Al finalizar la movilidad, las Secretarías de cada centro entregarán a los alumnos sus Informes de Notas o Informes de trabajo de investigación. Si el alumno termina su estancia en la UCA antes de finalizar el segundo semestre, las Secretarías de cada Centro enviarán el Informe de Notas a los alumnos y a sus Universidades de Origen.
- Una vez aceptado por la UCA, el alumno tendrá que firmar el Convenio de subvención.
- El alumno solicitará el visado de estudios en su país de Origen. Para este fin, la UCA facilitará una carta de aceptación.
- El alumno reservará y asumirá los gastos de gestión de billetes y llevará consigo dinero suficiente para poder cubrir sus gastos en Cádiz durante el primer mes desde su llegada y hasta que reciba el primer pago.
- Los alumnos contratarán y asumirán los gastos de un seguro de viaje. Se exige a los alumnos que vayan a estudiar en la UCA que contraten el seguro indicado por la UCA para garantizar que se cubren todos los requisitos exigidos por las embajadas y Consulados de España en el exterior.
- El alumno se hará cargo de su propio alojamiento. La Oficina de alojamiento de la UCA apoyará a los alumnos en la búsqueda de alojamiento.
- Los alumnos asistirán a las Jornadas de información que se organizarán por la Oficina de Internacionalización a principios de Febrero. En estas jornadas los alumnos deberán indicar la fecha de fin de su estancia y comprometerse estar en la UCA hasta esta fecha indicada.
- Los alumnos asistirán a las clases o realizarán el trabajo de investigación indicado en el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje, y se comprometerán a informar a la Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad de Origen y la Universidad de Destino en caso de una salida anticipada.
- Los alumnos han de permanecer en la UCA al menos 3 meses (90 días) para considerarse Alumnos Erasmus+. En caso contrario, el alumno tendrá que devolver toda la beca (apoyo individual y ayuda de viaje).
- Al cabo de dos meses de estancia (a mediados de abril), el alumno firmará un Formulario de Seguimiento en la Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales de la UCA para confirmar su estancia y así continuar con el cobro de la beca.
The Erasmus+ Mobility for Studies programme offers students from Associated Countries (ex., Algeria, Armenia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, etc.) the chance to spend a period of continuous study at the University of Cádiz (UCA) during the second semester.
Mobility students will receive a grant, can attend courses and use all the facilities available at the University of Cádiz with no additional tuition fees (with the exception of any minor fees also applicable to local students). All learning activities approved in the Learning Agreement and completed successfully will be fully recognized at the home university. The Erasmus+ Programme offers students the chance to gain cultural experience abroad, become familiar with other higher education systems and meet young people from other countries, actively contributing to the process of international integration.
The grants offered to Erasmus+ Mobility for Studies students do not cover all the expenses, but are merely a contribution to bearing the additional costs of the stay abroad.
Bachelor, Master and PhD students can participate in this programme if they are enrolled in the Partner University during the Project and have successfully passed 60 ECTS before applying for the Mobility. In other words, the student should be Bachelor student from 2, 3, 4, 5 year, Master students and PhD students.
The students should study at UCA during the second semester (February-June). The minimum period of the stay is 3 months
The selection is done by the Partner University. The UCA will respect this decision and will admit the nominated students if the Learning Agreement of the student is accepted by the academic coordinator of the Centre the student is going to study at.
The student should apply for the grant at the Home University. The home University will select the students according to the criteria establishes in the Call, nominate them and send all the needed information and documents to the UCA.
The UCA will send an email to the nominated students with information and the link of the online registration form. The UCA will make and send to the accepted students the Invitation Letter and the Learning Agreement signed by UCA’s academic coordinator in order to help the students to apply for visa. The student should apply for visa for studies in the Consulate of Spain in his/her country.

The grants offered to Erasmus+ Mobility for Studies students do not cover all the expenses, but are merely a contribution to bearing the additional costs of the stay abroad.
The grants include:
- A European Union contribution (individual support). An amount established according to the country of destination and the actual number of days spent at the Receiving Institution. In Spain the mobility contribution is 850€ per month. The funded period is to be from 3 up to 5 month (90-150 days).
- An additional amount to cover travel expenses (travel support). The amount is calculated according to the distance band appearing below:

- The University of Cadiz will send an acceptance letter and information package to the student once all the applications have been received and checked in detail and after the list of selected students has been published on the official web page of the University of Cadiz.
- After arrival the student will receive an information package, student card, internet username and other useful information in a registration meeting with members of the Office for Internationalization.
- The University of Cádiz will provide the student with an academic coordinator at the Faculty where he/she will be enrolled, and who will sign the Learning Agreement and will support the student in all academic matters.
- The University of Cádiz will pay the grant after the student’s arrival on the bases
establishes in the Call.
- At the end of the mobility the Secretary’s office of every Faculty will provide the student with a Transcript of Records or a report of the research results. If the students leave the University of Cadiz before the end of the Semester, the Secretary’s office of every Faculty will send the Transcript of Records to the home University and to the students individually at the end of semester.
- Once accepted by the University of Cádiz the student has to sign a Grant
agreement (an e-mail with instructions will be sent to the selected students).
- The student has to apply for the visa for studies in his/her home country; the University of Cádiz will send an acceptance letter in due time for this purpose.
- The student has to book and assume the travel expenses by himself/herself and
have enough money to be able to afford the first month of stay in Spain before
he/she receives the first amount and travel expenses..
- The student will contract his/her health insurance before leaving his/her home country. The student has to contract the insurance indicated by UCA in order to guarantee the covert of all the requirements of the Embassies and Consulates of Spain in foreign countries.
- The student has to organize his/her own accommodation. The accommodation office at the University of Cadiz will support students in the search of accommodation (shared students flats).
- The students will attend the Registration meetings organized by the Office for Internationalization of UCA at the beginning of February. During this Registration meetings the students have to indicate the day of the end of his/her stay at UCA and commit to stay at UCA till the indicated date.
- The student has to attend classes or do research as approved in the learning agreement or the research programme; and compromise himself/herself to inform our International Office and home University in case of an earlier departure.
- The student has to stay at the University of Cadiz at least 3 months (90 days) to be considered an Erasmus + Student. Otherwise he/she will have to return the full amount of the grant and the travel expenses.
- Two months after the arrival (Mid-April), the student has to sign a follow-up form in the Office for Internationalizatios in order for him/her to continue receiving the grant.

Студенты должны обучаться в УКА на протяжении второго семестра (февраль-июнь). Минимальный период пребывания – 3 месяца
Выбор стипендиатов полностью ведет Отправляющий университет. УКА примет студентов в соответствии с распределением мест, которое предложит отправляющий университет, в том случае если Learning Agreement студента был

Студент должен подать заявление в Оправляющем университете. Отправляющий университет проведет отбор студентов согласно опубликованному конкурсу, номинирует студентов и оправит в УКА все необходимые данные.
УКА отправит номинированным студентам электронное письмо со всей необходимой информацией и ссылкой на онлайн заявление. УКА составит и оправит принятым студентам пригласительное письмо и Learning Agremeent, подписанный академическим координатором факультета, на котором студент намерен обучаться, с целью облегчить процесс подачи заявления на получение студенческой визы в Консульство Испании в стране проживания студента.

- УКА вышлет письмо о зачислении и полезную информацию всем отобранным и подтвердившим свое согласие студентам, согласно официально опубликованному списку зачисленных студентов на сайте университета.
- По прибытии, на регистрационной встрече, организованной отделом международных отношений, студенты получат соответствующий пакет документов с полезной информацией, а также студенческим билетом и доступом к интернету.
- УКА назначит каждому студенту академического координатора на факультете, на котором будет осуществляться его обучение. Данный координатор будет ответственным за подпись учебного соглашения и обеспечение необходимой академической поддержки студента.
- По прибытии, УКА выплатит денежные средства каждому студенту- обладателю полной стипендии в соответствии с нормами, обозначенными в тексте конкурса.
- По завершении стажировки, секретариат каждого факультета обязуется предоставить студенту сертификат с отметками по пройденным дисциплинам или сертификат по результатам исследовательской деятельности. Если студент завершит свое обучение в УКА раньше окончания второго семестра, секретариат каждого факультета вышлет данные документы по почте, как студентам, так и отправляющим университетам.
- Как только студент зачисляется в УКА, он обязуется подписать грантовый договор (УКА обеспечит студентов всей необходимой информацией по данному вопросу).
- Студент обязуется оформить студенческую визу в своей стране. Для оформления данной визы УКА обеспечит студентов письмом о зачислении в университет.
- Студент берет на себя ответственность по оплате дорожных расходов и обязуется материально обеспечить первый месяц своего пребывания в Кадисе (с момента прибытия и до первого получения стипендии).
- Студент обязуется самостоятельно оформить и оплатить медицинскую страховку на весь период пребывания в Кадисе. Всем студентам УКА требуется оформить страховку, указанную УКА, которая будет соответствовать всем требованиям консульств и посольств для получения визы.
- Студент обязуется посещать занятия или осуществлять исследовательскую деятельность согласно своему учебному соглашению, а также оповестить международный отдел обоих университетов (отправляющей и принимающей стороны) в случае досрочного прекращения стажировки в УКА.
- Минимальное и обязательное пребывание в УКА по программе студенческой мобильности Erasmus+ KA107 составляет 3 месяца (90 дней). В противном случае, студент обязуется вернуть стипендию в полном объеме (индивидуальную помощь и дорожный грант).
- По истечении двух месяцев пребывания в УКА (в середине апреля), студент обязуется прийти в отдел по интернационализации УКА и подписать заявление о продлении стажировки, таким образом, подтверждая свое нахождение в УКА для получения второй части денежного гранта.
