Course Overview
The Psychological Well-being and Health course is a 20-hour program designed to provide participants with practical tools and techniques for promoting psychological well-being, managing stress, and preventing burnout. This course, taking place from September 15th to September 19th, 2025, aims to equip attendees with effective strategies to improve their mental health, cultivate a healthier lifestyle, and develop resilience against everyday stressors.
