Course Overview

The Psychological Well-being and Health course is a 20-hour program designed to provide participants with practical tools and techniques for promoting psychological well-being, managing stress, and preventing burnout. This course, taking place from September 15th to September 19th, 2025, aims to equip attendees with effective strategies to improve their mental health, cultivate a healthier lifestyle, and develop resilience against everyday stressors.

The course will be coordinated by Dr. Flavia Arrigoni and delivered by a team of experienced instructors including Dr. Inmaculada Menacho Jiménez, Dr. Félix A. Ruiz, Prof. Francisco José Bandera Campos, and Prof. Fátima Martín Acosta, all of whom bring a wealth of expertise in psychology, stress management, and well-being.

Upon completion of the course, participants will:
